Acceptance of Terms and Conditions
1. You agree: Comments submitted must be relevant to the Project;
That you will not post comments or take any action that infringes or violates someone else's rights or otherwise violates the law; and That you will not use the Community Mapping Tool to do anything unlawful, misleading, malicious or discriminatory.
2. You agree to indemnify Burwood Council and Social Pinpoint for any loss, costs, or damages, arising from or relating in any way, to your use, reliance, or acceptance of information or other content on this website.
3. You agree to release Burwood Council and Social Pinpoint from and against all actions, proceedings, suits, claims, demands, compensation, interest, damages, costs, charges and expenses whatsoever in relation to your use of the Community Mapping Tool.
4. You agree to give the right to review, edit, modify, publish or decline publication of your comments and also agree that comments submitted may be visible for all other users of the Community Mapping Tool.
5. You agree that copyright in the content data submitted and displayed on the Community Mapping Tool is owned by Burwood Council.

Burwood Active Transport Plan
Using this interactive map you can provide your views on walking and cycling issues within the Burwood LGA.
This survey is part of the community consultation to develop an Active Transport Plan with actions for Council to consider for implementation. The Active Transport Plan will provide a framework for the integration of walking and cycling across the Burwood LGA through identifying gaps and opportunities in walking and cycling routes and developing recommendations to improve connectivity within the LGA.
This survey allows you to engage interactively by dropping comments on a map specific to a place or route for walking/cycling and leaving comments with suggestions. This will enable the Council to identify hot spots as well as understand the community’s priorities.
